Ai Ai Farm is an agricultural production corporation, located in an elementary school which has been closed down in Nakijin. It was a warm a 20C degree warm Saturday in Okinawa and we took a drive to the north. It was a very good open space. They have some organic garden going on. They have huge farming field elsewhere with less or no agrochemicals. This facility is for the restaurant, lodging, shops and workshops of their handmade products.
